1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Member', 'you', or 'your') and My Z Tribe LLC ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
By accessing myztribe.com, purchasing a membership, or participating in the Skool community, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
My Z Tribe is a membership program that provides:
Educational content on peptides, hormones, nutrition, training, recovery, and mindset
A personalized peptide and hormone protocol built by Paul Bakhtiar based on your submitted bloodwork
Advisory medical review of your protocol by Dr. Ali, a Board-Certified Family Physician
Access to the My Z Tribe Peptide Library (50+ individual peptide profiles)
Weekly live group coaching calls with Paul and the team
Access to the private My Z Tribe Skool community
Concierge support from the My Z Tribe team
⚠️ My Z Tribe is an educational membership program. It is NOT a medical practice, telehealth service, or licensed healthcare provider. The protocol and physician review provided are advisory in nature and do not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
3. Medical Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, PROTOCOLS, AND CONTENT PROVIDED BY MY Z TRIBE ARE FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
By joining My Z Tribe, you acknowledge and agree that:
Peptides are currently offered as off-label and research use compounds. Their legal status, availability, and regulations vary by country and state. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to you.
You should consult your own licensed physician before starting any peptide or hormone protocol.
Dr. Ali's review of your protocol is an independent advisory service and does not create a formal doctor-patient relationship.
My Z Tribe LLC, Paul Bakhtiar, and Dr. Ali are not liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from following or deviating from any protocol provided.
You accept full personal responsibility for any decisions you make regarding your health based on information provided through the membership.
4. Membership and Payment
My Z Tribe membership is offered on a monthly subscription basis starting from $97 per month.
Billing:
Your membership fee is billed monthly on the date you joined
Payments are processed securely via GoHighLevel Payments or Skool depending on your sign-up method
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership at any time directly through your Skool account
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then
There are no cancellation fees or penalties
Refunds:
Due to the immediate digital nature of the membership content and personalized protocol, all sales are final
Refunds are not offered once access has been granted and bloodwork has been submitted

5. Bloodwork and Health Data
To receive your personalized protocol, you will be asked to submit bloodwork results and personal health information. By submitting this information you agree that:
You are providing this information voluntarily and truthfully
You authorize Paul Bakhtiar and Dr. Ali to review this information for the purpose of building your protocol
My Z Tribe will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
My Z Tribe is not responsible for the accuracy of lab results obtained from third-party providers
Any protocol provided is based solely on the information you submit — incomplete or inaccurate information may result in an unsuitable protocol
6. Intellectual Property
All content within My Z Tribe — including but not limited to course materials, the Peptide Library, video training, protocols, coaching call recordings, community content, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of My Z Tribe LLC.
As a member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal use. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share membership content with non-members
Sell, resell, or use membership content for commercial purposes
Share your login credentials or Skool access with any other person
Record, screenshot, or redistribute coaching calls or live sessions
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. Member Conduct
By joining the My Z Tribe Skool community, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and constructive manner. You may not:
Harass, bully, or demean other members or staff
Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Spam the community or promote competing services
Share personal protocols or medical advice to other members as if it were your own
Attempt to solicit other members for personal business or services
My Z Tribe reserves the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates these standards, with or without prior warning, and without refund.
8. Results Disclaimer
My Z Tribe does not guarantee specific results. Results vary based on individual biology, adherence to the protocol, lifestyle factors, and many other variables outside our control. Testimonials and member results shared on our website or in the community represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY Z TRIBE LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, TEAM MEMBERS, PHYSICIANS, AND COACHES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
Your use of or inability to use the membership services
Any health outcomes resulting from following or not following a provided protocol
Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or protocols provided
Unauthorized access to your personal or health data
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Z Tribe LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the membership services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
11. Modifications to Services
My Z Tribe reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the membership services at any time, including pricing, content, coaching call frequency, and community features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active members via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which My Z Tribe LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Z Tribe LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
